Vol. 15 / Terms

What we agree to.What you agree to.

Booking, payment, weather, removal, materials, and the rest. Updated April 2026. Questions go to hello@arborember.com.

01Overview

Updated April 2026

These are the terms that govern a booking with Arbor & Ember. They are written in plain language because the alternative is a legal document nobody reads.

When you book on the site, call to book, or sign a commercial proposal, you agree to these. If anything below is unclear, write to hello@arborember.com and we'll explain it before you commit.

02Booking & payment

Updated April 2026

Every package shows a starting price for a typical home. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, adjusted only for facade size and any add-ons you've selected. There are no quote-only line items added later.

Half of the total is charged at booking; half on the morning of install. Estate-tier work and commercial bookings run on a separate invoicing schedule confirmed in writing.

Card details are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

03Cancellations & weather

Updated April 2026

You can cancel up to seven days before install for a full refund of the first payment. Inside seven days, the first payment becomes a credit toward a future install in the same calendar year.

If we cancel for weather (lightning, sustained winds above 30mph, freezing rain), the install is rescheduled to the next available crew day at no charge. We don't bill you for crew days we couldn't safely work.

04Installation conditions

Updated April 2026

Our crews bring their own ladders, power, and supplies. We need access to the front of the home (a clear walkway, no locked gate without notice). If access is unusual, tell us at checkout so we can plan the install.

We document the front and entry of the home with photos before and after install. These are used for our records and, occasionally, the gallery. If you'd prefer not to be in the gallery, mark the box at checkout or email hello@arborember.com.

05Liability & insurance

Updated April 2026

We carry full commercial general liability and property insurance. A certificate is available on request and is sent automatically to commercial clients before the first install.

We are responsible for damage caused by our crews or our materials, full stop. Pre-existing damage to facades, plantings, and finishes is documented with photos at arrival and isn't covered.

06Materials

Updated April 2026

Hard goods (lanterns, planters, wreath frames, lit elements) remain the property of Arbor & Ember and rotate across homes after a deep refurbish each off-season. Florals, garlands, and seasonal botanicals are fresh on every install and are removed and composted at end-of-season.

If you'd like to keep a hand-tied wreath or signature piece after removal, email the design team at least seven days before removal and we'll quote it as an add-on.

07Intellectual property

Updated April 2026

The package designs, photography, and editorial content on this site are the work of Arbor & Ember. You're welcome to share images of your styled facade. You're not welcome to repurpose our package designs commercially or rebrand our photography under another studio.

If you're a publication or partner, write to hello@arborember.com for usage rights.

08Disputes

Updated April 2026

If something goes wrong, the fastest path to a resolution is a phone call to (817) 842-1155 or a note to hello@arborember.com. We will work to resolve any complaint within five business days, in good faith, before either side considers anything more formal.

Any unresolved dispute is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with jurisdiction in Tarrant County.
