What's the referral commission structure?
Referral partners earn 10% of the total booking value for every client they refer who completes a booking. Commissions are paid monthly via direct deposit or check.
Do I need to be in the DFW area?
For installation crew partnerships, yes — you need to be based in or around the DFW metroplex. For referral and vendor partnerships, you can be located anywhere as long as the referred clients are in our service area.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum commitment for referral partners. Vendor and property management partnerships typically involve a 12-month agreement to ensure consistency for shared clients.
How do I track my referrals?
Every partner receives access to our partner portal where you can view referred clients, booking status, and commission payouts in real time. You'll also receive a unique referral link and code.
