It's simple — choose your occasion, pick a package, add any extras, and submit your details. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. After booking, our team will confirm your dates and begin designing your display.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes — all bookings include a complimentary design consultation. For larger projects (commercial properties, HOA communities, weddings), we'll schedule a site visit to understand the space and your vision before providing a detailed proposal.

Do I need to provide any decorations or supplies?

Not a thing. We bring everything — displays, lighting, hardware, and all installation materials. Our team arrives fully equipped and leaves your property spotless after setup.

How long does installation take?

Most residential installations are completed in 2–4 hours, depending on the package and complexity. Larger commercial or community projects may take a full day. We'll confirm the expected timeline when we schedule your installation.

Do you handle takedown and removal?

Yes — removal is included in every package. We schedule a takedown at the end of your display period, haul everything away, and leave no trace. You never have to worry about storage or disposal.

We offer customization within our curated design framework. Every display is tailored to your home, your occasion, and your preferences — but we intentionally design within cohesive palettes and clean, elevated styling rather than anything-goes customization. This is what makes an Arbor & Ember display instantly recognizable. If you have a specific vision, share it with us and we'll show you how we'd bring it to life in our style.

How much does a typical display cost?

Pricing varies by occasion and package tier. Standard packages start around $249 for celebrations and $349 for holiday displays. Premium and Elite packages offer more extensive coverage and premium elements. All pricing is transparent — you'll see exact costs during the booking process.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers.

What's your cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to 14 days before your scheduled installation for a full refund. Cancellations 7–13 days out receive a 50% refund. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Yes — our membership plans offer significant savings for clients who want year-round seasonal displays. Members save up to 35% compared to booking individual displays. We also offer multi-property discounts for HOAs and property managers.

How does membership work?

Choose a plan (Signature, Premium, or Elite), and we handle the rest. Your seasonal displays are automatically scheduled, designed, installed, and removed throughout the year. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel anytime.

Can I skip a season?

Yes — you can skip any season with 30 days' notice and your billing will be adjusted accordingly. Unused credits don't roll over, but you won't be charged for skipped seasons.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
