Membership is billed monthly. Your first installation is scheduled within 2 weeks of signup. You can cancel anytime — no long-term contracts.
What if I want to skip a season?
You can skip any season with 30 days' notice and your billing will be adjusted accordingly. Unused credits don't roll over.
Can I upgrade mid-year?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the price difference is prorated for the current billing cycle.
Do I own the decorations?
All display elements remain the property of Arbor & Ember. We store, maintain, and rotate them for you — that's the beauty of the membership.
What if something gets damaged?
