Can the sign be a surprise?

Yes. We coordinate with the family who's hiring us. Most signs go up before sunrise; she sees it on the way to brunch.

Is this for moms or grandmoms or both?

Whoever the porch is for. Tell us names and we letter to match. Some homes do both, primary signage at the door, a smaller board at the secondary entry.

How much in advance to book?

Three weeks comfortable. Mother's Day is one of our heavier weekends; we're full by mid-April most years.
