What is a custom occasion?

Anything outside our standard catalog of holidays, milestones, seasons, community, and commercial moments. You name it at checkout and we adjust the package palette and details to the occasion.

Where does the pricing start?

$495 for the Classic tier, $1,150 for Refined, $2,450 for Statement. Same ladder as every catalog occasion; the moment name is the only thing that changes.

Is the lead time the same as catalog?

Yes. Five-day minimum from booking to install. The crew confirms scope and final pricing within one business day.

What if my project is larger?

If you need a full-facade commission ($25,000+, lit drives, wreathed gables, scenic builds), pick The Estate tier in the booking flow. We schedule a walk-through before any quote.

Custom occasions cover the front-of-house moments that don't sit inside a holiday or milestone box. Sabbaticals, gotcha days, the Friday someone comes home for good. The system is the same as every other occasion we book, three tiers, visible pricing, design and install handled by the same crew. The only difference is that you name the moment at checkout, and your designer adjusts palette, signage, and accents to match it.
